What docflow is
docflow is a set of Markdown “skills” that run entirely inside your own
coding agent (Claude Code or the pi coding agent) on your own machine or
infrastructure. It scaffolds and edits documentation files (ADRs, a plan/
queue, AGENTS.md, etc.) in your repository.
Data we collect
None. docflow has no servers, no backend, no telemetry, no analytics, and no tracking. It does not transmit any data to EvolveHQ OÜ or to any third party. Every file it produces stays in your repository, under your control. We have no ability to see your code, your prompts, or how you use the plugin.
This website
This documentation site (evolvehq.github.io/docflow) is hosted on GitHub
Pages. As with any website, GitHub may process standard technical request
data (such as IP address and browser user-agent) to serve and protect the
site. That processing is governed by
GitHub’s Privacy Statement,
not by us. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics of our own.
Distribution platforms
If you install docflow through a third-party platform — the Claude Code plugin marketplace, Anthropic’s community marketplace, or npm/pi — that platform processes data under its own privacy policy, which is outside our control.
Your rights
Because the plugin collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or erase on that basis. If you contact us by email, we process that correspondence only to respond to you. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may contact us at the address above to exercise your rights regarding any such correspondence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
